Increase Sales

The goal was to leverage Facebook Messenger to increase sales by providing an engaging experience inside messenger with Product recommendations.

By leveraging the Messenger channel, TBC was able to see an increase in subscriptions and sales that were a direct result of the Conversational Experience

Lower Support Requests

By leveraging conversation we were able to help the TBC customer find answers quickly to common support requests.

This lowered the support request volume and enabled TBC to respond to tickets quickly.
